Prior to making a purchase on this site it is a requirement that the buyer first registers giving a valid name and address, contact telephone number and email address. This is purely to prevent unauthorised use of the site and make it a safer site for genuine users. In accordance with our privacy policy these details along with any financial details* will not be passed to a third party or used for advertising or unsolicited email correspondence. Contact by us will be solely in respect of the purchase made or being made.
*With the exception of bank cheques we do not see any financial details as they are all securely encrypted. At the present time we will not take payment via the 'phone.
If registered to receive newsletters by email we will only send what we deem to be a fair and relevant number of such newsletters per month.
It is the registered buyer's responsibility to enter a correct address for delivery of items purchased, whether the items are to be delivered to the buyer or to an alternative address. We nor our delivery agents, namely Royal Mail, cannot be held responsible for non delivery if an incorrect address is registered.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations all purchases made have a cooling off period of one month from date of receipt, this will be deemed the day after dispatch using first class service for delivery. Exceptions at our sole discretion may be made in the event of bad weather or other naturally occuring disruption. A day is classed as a working day i.e. Monday through to Friday except when such days are public holidays within the UK.
Purchases may be returned during the cooling off period at the buyer's own expense using a postal service equal or less but not greater than the original delivery paid for.
Items received damaged or in the case of Dog Coats, the wrong size, may also be returned after first notifying us either by email or telephone within 24 hours of the damage. In some cases we will advise it is not necessary to return a broken item provided sufficient photographic evidence is submitted to us. Once the damage has been confirmed we will either offer a replacement item or a refund including original postage costs.
All items offered for sale will be subject to the item being in stock irrespective of how many items are shown as in stock. We will endeavour to maintain stock levels however during certain periods where demand is high an item may go out of stock before we have the chance to replenish the same. In such incidents the buyer will be informed and advised of any possible delays in dispatch, the option to cancel the sale will also be provided along with a full refund of any monies paid. We have regular weekly deliveries of stock thus any delays will be kept to a minimum.
The images accompanying items offered for sale are in the main supplied by the suppliers or manufacturers. They represent an accurate photographic description of the item, over the course of time some items may be slightly changed or modified and the new image may not have been updated by the supplier. In such cases we will alter the written description to outline any slight changes or modifications to the product and therefore cannot be held responsible for an image that appears slightly different to the product received.
Any comments or reviews posted to the website about items purchased from the website will be monitored, any containing offensive language or substance will be edited.
This site is suitable for all ages* and therefore we will not allow any form of abusive or innapropriate behaviour.
* In order to make a purchase from the shop section of this site you must be of an age to legally hold a credit or debit card. There is no age limit for browsing the various topics within the main site (including images and videos) all of which will be suitable for any age group. Similarly there is no age restriction on leaving comments.
In summary, all purchases are made with agreement to the above terms, we reserve the right to decline a purchase if we feel it is likely to be fraudulent or if we are notified by a financial institution that a payment may be fraudulent. For our part we will agree to supply goods fit for purpose, at a fair price and in a timely manner. We also agree to adhere to any rules and regulations laid down by any governing body in connection with online retail sales.
